Nor-Cal Guides lobbies for Oroville outlet hole boat ramp project
Our organization (Nor-Cal Guides & Sportsmen’s Association) has worked for four years with DWR OROVILLE PROJECT, Butte flood control agency to bring our membership and outdoor enthusiasts this new boat ramp at the Oroville outlet hole, which should open approximately November 1. This is one of the most popular salmon fishing spots in Northern California.
