This form will be sent to a pro bono lawyer who will represent all groups to aid them with disaster relief. Please fill out this form and email it to Bob Sparre (a SAC River Guide and former NCGASA BOD member) who will assist with the process of a potential lawsuit.
I, , own this business ___________________________,which has been directly impacted by the closure of the 2023 Salmon season. My business has suffered financially due to the salmon management in California. I currently have tax records, calendar, invoices, and logbooks to prove my businesses involvement in the salmon industry.
I am concerned that the government has excluded my business from the qualification for salmon disaster relief funding. Therefore, I am requesting to be represented by California Attorney, Randy Thomas, pro bono. I give my attorney permission to use my financial records and statistics to fight for my financial compensation.
