Disaster Relief Information

The California Salmon Council is working with a collaboration of industry and agency representatives to develop a new set of disaster relief criteria for the 2008 salmon season closure. At this time no criteria has been set and we are seeking comments from the impacted industry. Please email comments to: info@calkingsalmon.org or mail them to California Salmon Council, P.O. Box 2255, Folsom, CA 95763. The Council will post a proposed set of criteria before the end of June. Although it’s too soon to report, the timeline for disbursing disaster relief applications and checks is targeted for August.
